What to ask Enerwize before you sign

These questions are generated from what this specific listing does and does not tell us. They are not accusations - a gap in a directory record usually means nobody has filled it in yet - but they are the gaps you should close yourself.

• 1The listed certifications do not mention a Certificate of Compliance. A COC is a legal requirement for the electrical work, not an optional extra, so confirm in writing that one will be issued and registered in your name.
• 2Warranty terms are not stated. Ask for three separately: the panel performance warranty, the inverter warranty, and the workmanship warranty on the installation itself. The third is the one that fails first and the one most installers do not put in writing.
• 3There is little or no public review history on file. Ask for two reference installations completed in the last year within 30 km of you, and phone them. A small review count is not a red flag on its own - plenty of good installers never chase reviews - but it does mean you have to do the verification yourself.
